█▓▒░(°TaNoLi°)░▒▓█ : رمضان گزر رہا ہے ۔۔۔ رمضان گزر رہا ہے

عزیز ترین بھائیو!

صرف ایک یاد دہانی کے طور پر آپ سے مخاطب ہوں، اللہ رب العزت کا مقدس ترین مہینہ گزر رہا ہے، آخری عشرہ ہے، آخری ایام ہیں، آخری لمحات ہیں، رمضان المبارک کو راضی کر کے بھیجو، اس سے آخری لمحات میں فائدہ اٹھا لو، اس کی رحمتوں کو لوٹ لو، اس کی برکتوں کو لوٹ لو، اس کے ذریعے جہنم کی آگ سے چھٹکارا پا لو، یہ اگلے سال بھر لوٹ کر ضرور آئے گا، مگر ہم اس سے ملاقات کریں گے یا نہیں، اس کا ہمیں کوئی علم نہیں، اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہمیں اس مبارک ماہ کی چند اور گھڑیاں دے رکھی ہیں، ان گزرتے لمحوں میں اگر کسی نے صدقہ وخیرات نہیں کیا تو وہ کر لے، اگر کسی نے ذکوۃ نہیں دی تو وہ دے لے، اگر کسی نے فطرانہ ادا نہیں کیا تو وہ ادا کر لے، فرمانِ محمد رسول اللہ ﷺ ہے کی جہنم کی آگ سے چھٹکارا پا لو اگر کھجور کا ایک ٹکڑا ہی خیرات کر کے پا سکتے ہو تو پا لو۔

اللہ تعالیٰ ہم سے ہمارے تمام نیک اعمال قبول فرمائے، اللہ رب العزت ہمارے گناہوں کو بخش دے، اللہ رب العلمین ہماری مغفرت فرمائے،

آللہ رحمن ورحیم، ہمارے دعاوں کو قبول فرمائے

Skin

Sex increases blood flow and makes the skin look younger because good blood circulation brings nutrients and oxygen necessary to the skin to prevent wrinkles and skin suffering from problems like spots and dermatitis.

Hair

Sex can also contribute to healthy hair. Roizen says that each hair follicle has a blood vessel, and blood flow is an important determinant of both internal and external beauty.

Build Confidence

Having sex regularly increases confidence. Sex also boosts testosterone, which can give a sense of well-being, fitness and self confidence, both men and women. Trust is one of the features that can most make a person beautiful.

Avoid wrinkles

This activity releases stress, a factor in creating wrinkles. To have an orgasm the woman has to learn to relax and breathe, when this happens with some frequency, the calming effects that this generates accumulate and combat stress. Of course this will impact you're not worried and therefore wrinkles "concern" that appear with this evil will not notice.
