Facebook And HTC Working On Facebook Android Phone?

We heard rumors last year that Facebook was working on a so called 'Facebook Phone', a number of devices with Facebook features built in were released through different manufacturers, and Facebook also released a number of new Facebook mobile application.
According to a recent report by All Things D, Facebook are in fact working on a Facebook Phone, which is codenamed 'Buffy' in partnership with hardware manufacturer HTC.
The two companies are reported to be developing a custom version of Google's Android OS, with Facebook built into the core of Android, and the device will apparently support HTML5 as a platform for applications.
There are no details as yet on exactly what the Facebook Phone will be like, and both HTC and Facebook have denied they are working on the device, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
